Spirituality is not a religion or a trend-it is a lifestyle.
It is a lifestyle of awareness that combines the understanding of faith, body, mind, and soul, allowing us to live modern-day enlightened lives in small and big ways.

In order for our minds to comprehend something, there must be an appropriately structured neural structure called a ‘frame’ that makes it possible to contextualize, make proper sense of, and mentally ‘see’ the thing. Our understanding of the world is frame dependent: frames are the accessories with which we think. Frames are the cognitive, conceptual structures that enable us to put together, amplify, and activate ideas. When truth is unseen it is because it is both unframed and unnamed; frames and names go together.

Music does not need language of words for it has movements of dance to do its translation.

When the melody plays, footsteps move, heart sings and spirit begin to dance.

The key realization to delving inwards to deal with the roots of outer symptoms is this: once you have clearly identified the core, inner roots to a problem, you then have authority over the situation. . . If, though, you never delve within. . . you will not eliminate the inner source of the
problem and thus never fully extinguish the external symptom.
