Once our family was very small and we used to say, ‘our planet has enough resources to feed all of us’ but today, we are not that family and it is a burden on our planet to feed us. We have to reconsider our views and confess ‘our planet has not enough resources to feed all of us anymore’.

There was something so heavy about the burden of history, of the past. I wasn’t sure I had it in me to keep looking back.
I didn’t want to upset my loved ones, but I couldn’t carry this alone.
The pain of the narcissist is that, to him, everything is really a threat. What doesn’t surrender in reverence is blasphemous to a high opinion of oneself – the burden of self-importance. The narcissist reconstructs his own law of gravity which states that all things and all creatures must adhere to his personal satisfaction, but when they do not, the pain is far more intense than it is for one who is free from the clamors of ‘I’.
Being honest it doesnt mean you are always doing the right thing. It means you are truethful. In doing that you are getting more respect and being respected for the trueth you say nomatter what you did or worse is the damage. You will also be trusted in many things.

May we always be burdened with thinking of the suffering of others, for that is what it means to be human.
I’m asking God to give you a Popeye moment. A moment when God blesses you with a divine burden: something that bothers you so deeply, you’re moved from complacency to action.
Free yourself from the burden of feeling the need to hold on to anything. Let go… you are a part of everything.
