Courage promotes leaders; fear demotes them. Most people who have difficulties climbing up success ladders are fans of fear.

Achievements take leaders’ name everywhere. Character keeps those names wherever they reach. A leader with no trust soon fades no matter how far he goes.

Kuna vitu vingi ambavyo mtu anaweza kufanya; chagua kimoja kinacholeta maana zaidi katika maisha yako na ukifanye hicho, kwa nguvu zako zote.

An organisation can neither appreciate nor appraise correctly a bright & talent till the people at its topmost height think that it requires a wrong person over the right workforce to get the job done.

There are hundreds of intelligent and big brains in every country in the world to run that country successfully but somehow and often either an immoral stupid or a charlatan imbecile comes to power!

He hadn’t asked to become a leader, but did that absolve him of responsibility? People needed him. The world needed him. And, with an understanding that cooled in him like molten rock forming into a shape, he realized that he wanted to lead. If someone had to be lord of these people, he wanted to do it himself. Because doing it yourself was the only way to see that it was done right.
