A young child is a leader to an elderly person once his purpose has a faithful, sincere and trustworthy influence on people. Leadership is not restricted to position and age; it is self-made and influencial. Everyone has this self-leadership quality.
To maintain your integrity, just maintain your words in sanctity, and your works in sincerity. You can’t be really trusted when your works of today are standing against your words of yesterday!
It can be a good thing if deeper theology, or philosophy, only makes one more uncertain. It may lead to a healthy doubt; he may throw his hands up saying, ‘God, I just don’t know anymore. If you’re out there, I’m giving it all to you.’ From there, after the surrender, he is allowing God himself, rather than theories, books, and documents, to take over and lead him into all truth.
What is needed is not that a religion be true, meaning that what it claims exist beyond the ink it is written with in a holy book. That is hard to prove. What is important is that a religion be a good system to help us mere mortal deal with our short and troubled life in the universe. Whether what we hope for in the afterlife materializes or not is not important, what is important is that we believe it will materialize and that gives us hope.

Achievements take leaders’ name everywhere. Character keeps those names wherever they reach. A leader with no trust soon fades no matter how far he goes.
